How to order
Orders can be placed in the following ways:
Orders via our online shop: Here payments can be made via direct debit transfer or MasterCard. Freight costs within Germany amount to EUR 5.90. Online purchases with a combined value of over EUR 25 are posted free of charge within Germany.
Orders via post, fax or telephone: Here payments can be made via direct debit transfer (with a 3% discount) or via bank transfer within 14 days of the date of invoice. Freight costs within Germany amount to EUR 5.90, regardless of the purchase value. If possible, please use the order form attached to the price list. This form can also be downloaded from our website. In order to process your order promptly, we require the name and telephone number of the contact person responsible, in case further enquiry is necessary. Your customer number is also very important.
Postage costs
We charge a flat rate shipping cost of EUR 5.90 per order within Germany. Should we deliver your order in separate packages, you naturally only pay for one shipping charge. Orders from our online shop having a combined value of over EUR 25 are delivered free of charge. An additional flat rate shipping cost is levied for the postage of particularly large or heavy articles within Germany. This flat rate is listed on your receipt together with the respective article. Information regarding the respective shipping costs can be found in the write-ups on the various articles in the current price-list or in the order information in the online shop.

You authorise us to deduct the invoice amount from your bank account. You then receive a 3% discount. The authorisation applies to future invoices, as long as you do not revoke it.

Please pay within 14 days of the date of invoice.

Prices
Each mail-order catalogue includes the current pricelist. If you do not have a pricelist, or are uncertain whether you have the current pricelist, you can either order it from us or download it online at www.kieffers.de. The issuing of a new pricelist renders the older pricelists invalid. The prices are valid until the issuing of the new pricelist. We are not liable for any printing errors regarding the prices. Since the pricelists are generally valid for a number of months, we reserve the right to adjust prices is exceptional cases. The most up to date prices can always be found in the online shop. All listed prices include VAT.
Conditions of returns
Understandably, you may on occasion be unsatisfied with a delivered item. You may return such an item within 14 days of the invoice date – in its original packaging and in its original condition. You must carry the postage costs for the return. Thus, please ensure the package has adequate postage. Credit resulting from returned items will be paid immediately either by cheque or bank transfer, unless you choose to use it for a further order. Videos, DVDs and CDs may not be returned.
Delivery
Delivery is either via package or postal services. Usually our team processes your order immediately. The prompt postage of ordered goods is our aim. Please remember however, many of our products are not mass-produced items. So, at times we are unable to avoid delivery delays. In such cases we can complete your order with several partial deliveries. Delivery dates are only valid when we have confirmed them in writing. When the delivery date is not met, the customer should allow a late delivery period of six weeks. This period begins with the date of the customer’s first written delivery reminder. When this period has expired, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. Compensatory claims due to failed delivery cannot be applied.
Reclamations
Our products must meet the highest demands in terms of quality. This naturally also applies to delivery and service. Yet despite our best efforts, flaws may occur. We therefore kindly ask you to check your package immediately and verify its completeness, as well as any possible defects. In case of defective delivery please submit a written or faxed reclamation to us within 14 days. Please inform us of possible transport damages within 24 hours.
Data protection
Your address will be entered into our customer database, and occasionally you will receive information brochures and special offers from us. Your personal details will not be passed on to third parties.
Retention of title
Delivered products remain in our possession until payment is made in full.
General
The sale and delivery of our products are undertaken according to our delivery and payment conditions exclusively.
With each placed order the buyer accepts our delivery and payment conditions both for the current order and for all future orders. Even without appeal, the purchase conditions of the customer are not applicable to us. Bad Dürkheim an der Weinstraße is the place of jurisdiction.
Deliveries overseas
The following variations to our delivery and payment conditions apply for overseas deliveries:

We will email you an advance invoice after you place your order. Delivery follows once the payment has been received. The customer must meet all bank charges.
Postage costs
Packages posted within Europe and weighing up to 1 Kg incur the following postage costs:
Belgium, Holland, Luxemburg: EUR 9.20
Austria: EUR 12.00
Switzerland: EUR 31.09 (including customs and postage)
In the case of packages in excess of 1 Kg or deliveries to other countries we charge the full freight costs as levied by the postal service.
Deliveries in EU-countries
Packages sent to destinations within the European Union are billed with the German VAT. Customers having a Vat-no. receive an invoice excluding VAT. Please notify us of this number at the very latest when the order is placed.
Deliveries in European countries outside the EU
